Private Qualification is qualification system which acknowledges at Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. For unestablished field that does not have national license, this system is treated same as national license.
IPEA can issue private qualification under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Health and Welfare.

pore care, blemish care using plasma and complete education about plasma to work as a beauty consultant.

Educate about overall beauty care, and issue certificate like below one after verification.
